Dairy Dog Momma FAQ's

Q: What’s included in the free consultation?

I call this the meet and greet and it can happen in the clients home or mine, depending on the service. It usually takes no more than 30 minutes and it gives all family members a chance to meet me and for me to meet the fur baby. During the initial visit we go over what services are needed and any questions the family has. I also have some intake forms too that help me make sure all the needs of the animal(s) are met. As a pet owner myself, I recognize how important it is for my babies to be comfortable with all the peeps in their life and especially on their care team so meet and greets are always free of charge.

Q: What areas do you cover?

Because I offer boarding in my own home, there is really no limitation for that select service. For everything else, I cover San Jose, Los Gatos, Cupertino, Campbell, Sunnyvale, Saratoga and Santa Clara.

Q: How do we pay for your service?

We take payment after services are competed. We accept, check, cash and we do use PayPal for EFT payments. For clients that have weekly services, we collect one payment at the end of the month.

Q: How many dogs do you board at a time?

I only board one family at a time. I find it simplest and can offer your fur baby the most undivided attention and TLC.

Q: What do you do during Doggie Day Camp?

Doggie day camp is a great option for pups that are looking for an adventure. I am a firm believer that animals thrive with varied physical, social and mental stimulation. Some of our favorite spots include: Quicksilver hiking trail, Guadalupe Park trail, and Butcher Park. We’ve been knows to stop at Sam’s Downtown feed on the way back from an outing for a treat too!

Q: What if we need a service not listed?

ASK! Our goal is to make your life easier and keep the fur babies happy.
